Following closely behind are Valentine’s Day with 145 million cards sold, Mother’s Day with 113 million, and Father’s Day with 72 million. It’s worth noting that Mother’s Day, celebrated by a remarkable 85% of adults in the US, secures its place as the third-highest in terms of unit sales. Furthermore, Mother’s Day holds the distinction of being the most prominent holiday for card-giving within the Hispanic community.
Additionally, other seasonal greeting cards that enjoy considerable popularity include Graduation (59 million), Easter (40 million), Halloween (20 million), Thanksgiving (16 million), and St. Patrick’s Day (7 million).
