Due to international regulations, sanctions, and compliance requirements, Huuray is not able to issue or send rewards, gift cards, or prepaid products to recipients located in the following countries and territories:

Afghanistan, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Russia, Syria, Venezuela, and Yemen.

We are also unable to process purchases from senders or organizations based in these countries.
