Frequently asked questions

I have a Freedom-of-Choice gift card

Your Freedom-of-Choice gift card was sent to you in one of the following formats:

Physical Gift Card
Your physical gift card was mailed to the home or office address provided.

Digital Gift Card (e-Gift Card)
Your digital gift card was sent to your email address or as an SMS.

If you can’t find it, check your spam or junk folder, as it may have been filtered there.

The Freedom-of-Choice Gift Card allows you to select your preferred brand or store. Once you redeem your Freedom-of-Choice gift card, you receive a Store-Specific Gift Card (e.g., Amazon, Target) that can be used at the retailer you chose. Follow these steps to redeem it:

  1. Go to the Redemption Platform
    Visit the website provided on your gift card (either physical or e-gift card).

2. Enter Your Code
Input your gift card code and click the “Redeem” button.

3. Select Your Preferred Store
Choose a store from the available options, select the gift card value, and add it to your basket.

4. Complete Your Details
Go to your basket, fill in the required information, and click “Order” to confirm.

5. Use Your New Gift Card
After completing the process, you’ll receive a new gift card for your selected store via email, ready for online checkout. Simply visit the website of your chosen store, find a desired product, add it to the basket, and insert the gift card code at checkout.

Any remaining balance on your Freedom-of-Choice gift card will stay in your wallet, allowing you to redeem it at another time.

Yes! The Freedom-of-Choice gift card gives you the flexibility to select from a variety of brands. For instance, if your gift card has a value of 50 EUR, you can redeem 20 EUR for a gift card at one store. The remaining balance of 30 EUR will stay on your card, ready to be redeemed later. Simply use the same code to access the remaining balance and create a gift card for another store.

Once redeemed, however, the final brand gift card is valid only at the chosen store. 

You can check your Freedom-of-Choice gift card balance by following the steps below:

  • Visit https://redeem.huuray.com/
  • Introduce you gift card code and click “redeem”.
  • At the top right corner, click on the “wallet”.

If an error occurs when you try to redeem your Freedom-of-Choice gift card, please fill out the form below. It will be submitted to our customer support team and they will assist you.

If your final brand gift card is not working:

  • Verify that the card hasn’t expired.
  • Ensure you’re entering the correct code.
  • Contact our support team for assistance by filling out the form below.

The Freedom-of-Choice gift card has is generally valid between 1 to 5 years. However,  the validity period of your gift card depends on the agreement made with the gift card buyer. However, the expiration date is always visible on the gift card itself, whether it is physical or digital. Therefore, make sure to check the expiration date directly at the bottom of your gift card.

I have a brand-specific gift card


What is a brand-specific gift card? After redeeming your Freedom-of-Choice gift card, you’ll get a brand-specific gift card (e.g., Amazon, Sephora, Ikea) that you can use online at your chosen retailer’s checkout.

Your brand-specific gift card was delivered to the email address you provided during checkout when you redeemed your Freedom-of-Choice gift card.

If you don’t see it in your inbox within 10 minutes, please check your spam or junk folder, as the email might have been filtered there. If you still cannot find it, contact our support team for assistance by filling out the form below.

To redeem your brand-specific gift card:

  1. Follow the instructions provided in the email when you received the gift card.
  2. Enter the gift card code at checkout on our partner’s site. 
  3. If the store has a special redemption process, check their website or contact their customer service for guidance.

The expiration date for your brand-specific gift card is mentioned in the email you received with your new gift card code. If no expiration date is listed, refer to the terms and conditions provided by the retailer.
